This dated Castro duplex was dramatically transformed into a vibrant penthouse and lucrative rental unit.

We created an open plan allowing for natural flow between living and kitchen. The chic, minimal and functional kitchen is optimal for entertaining, cooking and cocktails with dramatic views of the city skyline.

The highlight for the client are the two custom spa bathrooms that invite true retreat and restoration to a busy city professional with a demanding private practice.
